The Henley Festival

The Henley Festival is a magical five-night, black tie festival on the banks of the Thames. Kallaway’s challenge was to re-engage previous audiences and refresh the festival’s appeal, to drive ticket sales and generate media coverage that would help attract a headline sponsor. Our two-year campaign positioned the Henley Festival as “The UK’s Luxury Summer Party”: a de facto part of the British social season circuit. We targeted trend-setting media and worked with talent such as Tom Jones, Katherine Jenkins and Alfie Boe to profile their involvement in the festival. The Henley Festival was featured in 550 pieces of coverage - Vogue declared: “The Henley Festival is unmissable”. The Henley Festival is now viewed as a highlight of the summer season and has headline sponsorship from BMW.
