KIDZANIA LONDON LAUNCHES UK’s FIRST ENTREPRENEUR FESTIVAL FOR KIDS

19 December 2017

Inspiring children about the world of work is important for KidZania, the unique indoor city run by kids.

We helped KidZania take this further and by creating Kidpreneur, the UK’s first ever entrepreneur festival for children.  Our idea, praised by Mayor of London’s business lead and London First, enabled KidZania to strengthen and raise the profile of its leadership in the area of children’s entertainment and education.

Speakers included:

  • Callum Daniels, 9-years-old, CEO, iCodeRobots that employs 10 people and teaches children how to code.
  • Alex Brownsell, who started hairdressing aged twelve is now the founder of and CEO of the Hairmoji and Bleach hair salons in London.
  • Henry Patterson, 13-years-old, who started selling out horse manure before set up a highly successful online sweetshop Not Before Tea and other online ventures. He’s now planning to buy a house.

The event was attended by 1,745 of children and reached a further 165,437 people on social media. The event featured across BBC TV, Radio, The Financial Times, City AM and on the BBC World Service, to name a few.
